Website relaunch of a water company: User-friendly design for the municipalities of the Dieburg region

ZVG Dieburg (Zweckverband Gruppenwasserwerk Dieburg) supplies the city of Dieburg and surrounding municipalities with high-quality drinking water. In addition to water distribution, the association provides a wide range of services — from fee information and meter readings to 24/7 emergency support and water quality analyses.

Briefing

The existing website required a complete relaunch to present services and information more clearly and to offer an intuitive user experience. The new platform needed to address private households, builders and municipal partners alike, providing quick access to essential services such as meter readings, fee calculation and emergency contact.

A special focus lay on improved navigational structure, transparent information on water quality and supply areas, and full mobile optimisation.

Concept & Implementation

We redesigned the entire digital presence of ZVG Dieburg and rebuilt the website on TYPO3 to ensure long-term stability, maintainability and flexibility.
