With the Leica DMi8 product page, we have designed a linear campaign landing page for Leica Microsystems that presents the product from a brand-new perspective – and shines with an especially intuitive navigation.
Since all product pages follow the same structure, users quickly know where to look, while the extraordinary and innovative visual language lends each and every product its own, individual touch. Product pages are further subdivided into segments, offering a quick overview of each device’s functions. A sticky menu facilitates quick access to specific segments while subtle animation effects enhance user interaction while scrolling. The generous page layout also encourages the integration of many pictures. Here, key visuals and product images not only show the device itself, but also many details from unusual perspectives.
In any segment, additional information on other products from the same family as well as suitable hard- and software is just a swift click away. And after the campaign has finished, the site is easily integrated into the company website as a further navigation menu item.
