HOW TO SUPPLY EXTERNAL SYSTEMS WITH FORM CONTENT TODAY

Modern digital marketing workflows require websites to transmit requests, contacts and user behavior to various connected systems. Form Relay handles this transfer to any number of systems in a standardized form andis capable of mapping complex processes.

The target of the transmission can be a lead, a task or an appointment in Salesforce, Pardot, Zendesk or Hubspot. The data can also be sent as an e-mail, spreadsheet or individual solution. You can add your own target system to Form Relay.

Form Relay replaces code snippets and allows you to use all the design and functional advantages of modern TYPO3 forms.

The contents of TYPO3 forms are collected and processed by Form Relay. Code snippets of the target systems no longer need to be used for forms. The design of the forms can therefore be made uniform for all forms with all features of the new Form Extension.
The transfer of field contents to e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, Zendesk and MissionONE is done via mapping tables and default target fields.
