Deutschlandstiftung Integration
Diversity enriches our life together. At the same time, it presents each individual with the challenge of respecting religious, ethnic and cultural differences as a part of our society and thereby creating the necessary conditions for peaceful and communal coexistence. The Ger-man Integration Foundation (patron is German Chancellor Angela Merkel) sees it as its task to actively accompany this process through its programmes and projects and is particularly committed to young people with a migration background, in order to open up opportunities for them, especially in education and training and in entering the labour market.
One year before the 10th anniversary of the German Foundation, Christian Wulff has been elected Chairman of the Board of Trustees. The foundation is also undergoing a legal reor-ganisation as it enters its anniversary year 2018. As part of this reorganisation, we have tak-en care of the relaunch of the website, which is now presented in a new design.
